The We The People Status Only Dissolution Package includes the following standard forms:

It can take many months, even several years, for a dissolution to wind its way through the courts especially if you and your spouse are having difficulty reaching agreement on key issues. In this situation, the court can order that the divorce is to be “bifurcated.” This is also known as “status only” divorce.
